Gastronomy
At our table, local and seasonal flavors dance with grand crus.
Tradition, elevated by our young KITCHEN GENERATION chefs, takes on surprising notes. Grandmother’s mashed potatoes are infused with gingerbread or Tahitian vanilla aromas, and the famous pulled beef is steeped in the scents of pine, bay leaf, and thyme. Colors, emotions, sparkling, gourmet, tangy… A pure delight to share, of course.

World Champion Cocktail & Barista, Victor Delpierre, has crafted the menu for our bars, offering 5 cocktails and 5 mocktails, as well as a signature cocktail and signature mocktail unique to each property, tailored to its destination.
Behind the bar, to the rhythm of chic electronic sets and private concerts, shakers and haute mixology offer you a deliciously bold spectacle.
